Refund policy
Printify is a print-on-demand service, meaning products are made to order, and returns/exchanges are generally not supported for buyer remorse, such as ordering the wrong size or color. However, a free replacement or refund is offered for damaged, defective, or misprinted items if reported within 30 days of delivery, requiring photo proof.
- Returns & Exchanges: As our products are custom-printed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, colors, or change of mind.
- Damaged/Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing error, or is misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- Resolution: For verified issues, we will provide a free replacement or a refund.
- Wrong Address/Returned to Sender: If an incorrect address is provided or the package is unclaimed, a reshipment fee may apply.
